Questions
The things people ask before they pay.
- What is a “surface”?
- An AI assistant a buyer might ask. We treat each one separately because they answer differently, cite different sites, and change at different rates. A month where Gemini learns you exist and ChatGPT still doesn’t is the kind of thing a single score hides.
- Why are Claude and Copilot done by hand?
- What they answer through their APIs is not what a person sees in the app. So we ask them the way a buyer would and record what comes back. That takes a person, which is why Plus is capped at what one person can run in a quarter.
- When do the reports arrive?
- Your first report lands within an hour of signing up, and then every month on the same date. On Plus, the first seven-surface report comes one month after you join, and every three months after that - sign up on 10 September and Claude and Copilot are in your 10 October, 10 January and 10 April reports.
- What counts as a location?
- A place with its own buyers: a second clinic, an office in another city. Each location gets its own five questions and its own rows in the report. Standard covers one; Plus covers two; more are US$30 a month each on either plan.
- Why US dollars?
- One price list, everywhere, and we say so up front. Your bank converts at the card. Some Australian banks add a foreign transaction fee of around 3%, so the statement may land a few dollars above the conversion.
- Can I cancel, or switch plans?
- Cancel any time and the month you have paid for still arrives. Move between Standard and Plus whenever you like. Annual is exactly ten times the monthly price, so two months are free and the arithmetic is visible.
